We offer free shipping for Royal Mail and Courier orders over £250 including VAT, to the majority of UK addresses. The free shipping option is a standard, up to 5 business day service only.

Regretably, due to their weight, the free shipping offer excludes any Wax products or Packs of Glassware. We are sadly also unable to offer the full saving on courier shipments only to our customers in areas deemed ‘Highlands & Islands’, but rather you will receive a reduced shipping rate only. The offer also excludes large, palletised orders to any location in the UK.

Please ensure you choose the FREE DELIVERY option at checkout as this will not be refunded retrospectively.

For our customers overseas, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding €300 exc. TVA/VAT. Orders to these countries can also be placed through our French or German websites.

This free shipping promotion covers the cost of sending one courier parcel only and on occasions when an extra carriage charge will need to be taken, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch via email as soon as possible the next business day.
